How is a optimal time management working?

If we put us too much under pressure to fulfill a tight timetable in order to become effective … then for what is such time management good? From a strictly timetable most of the people are getting overwhelmed and even can’t do anything and procrastinate…
Only very left brain (rational) people can work under such timetable.

Does it mean that only the left brain people can be successful?
For sure is that the most creative people are the right brain people and they have created the best things in our world.
Mostly of all right brain people like T. Harv Eckert including me can’t work under a tight time table. Also T. Harv Eckert doesn’t recommended such time management, because we are feeling beings who can think and not a robot.

What to do?
The first priority in order to work efficient is to be happy…
The second priority is to know, Why we do it…
The third is, How we do it…
(You see I didn’t used any should to do, must, have to…)
This means we need to be motivated and not to set under pressure.

We make a list for the whole week, looking for only 3 tasks every day, prioritizes them and do them. After every task we check the task, put them on the paper on the wall, feel happy that it is done… Normally I do much more, when I don’t put too much on my “to do list”.
The nice thing is, that I feel happier and fulfilled, that I could do more and that I didn’t be under pressure. It is just the happiness to work as a volunteer. It is for me satisfying… And that is the most important thing.

We can’t post phone happiness. If we are happy, only after our timetable/ Goal is done, makes us habitual unhappy. This is one reason why mainly all old people are complaining, because they have trained them self, to be unhappy…. Instead to work out of fun, satisfaction…- and not until the work is done!!!! Then is also our life done…. Or maybe it is better to become a robot, then we don’t feel in any case?
