Everybody experience that we love distractions and procrastinate on the things what we love to do.
What can we do, when we can’t follow up our mission or goal in our life?
1.) We have inside conflicts that we don’t want to see or feel. We ask ourselves:
What conflicts or problems we have inside that we don’t want to see?
We don’t want to reject our conflicts and problems inside of us. We open up to our suppressed feelings and thoughts and give them a timeline to watch and to feel them. After some time we recover and are open again.
2.) We don’t recognize which gifts we have and looking for praise outside of us. Without acknowledges from others we can’t be focused. We are like kids who are looking for attention by our parents for everything that we have done. Instead to be grateful for what we can do, regardless how much praise we get.
Do we like to be enslaved or an attention beggar? Just do it and have your fun with it!
3.) We are overworked and don’t like to function anymore. Because we want more playtime and need more pleasure. Then we are looking for a distraction. Instead just to use our free time to relax, to enjoy, or to make other fulfilling things. So that we can start fresh.
4.) Artistic break. We need a rest, to distance us from our work to get inspiration.
We write a list, why we have chosen that goal or have that mission.
How great would it be to accomplish our goals?
We feel our purpose in our life.
We always remember why are we making the things instead just to do them. That will encourage us much more to do our tasks when we are in a low mood or stressed out.
