How to Become the Person You’ve Always Wanted to Be?

You want always to become somebody that you are not… and which is not connected to your true self…And that never will work…

You see kids playing to be superstars, firefighters, cowboys, or famous football stars, famous singers…

You can be only you. Everybody has a mission and if you do not live your mission…
This means not everybody can become a superstar or super wealthy, super clever …

There is a core inside of you, that you can’t change.
The real solution is not to change yourself, it is about reconnecting with your true self.

Zen: Become who you were before you took birth.

And we think that is not enough…

If you reconnect with yourself, your life becomes extraordinary in every aspect…
Total creative, you become joyful in the things that you do.
Sure you will also have challenging times where you learn the things that are needed.

Instead, we put on a mask, change our persona, and pretend to be super cool, super masculine, cute, well-behaved, well controlled …!

The reality is we have a shadow, that is undesirable and that we try to suppress …
Because we want to be super cool and not to feel our anger, frustration, sadness…

We think nobody would love us if we showed our real emotions instead of suppressing them.

We get more and more frustrated that nobody understands us, that we are together with the wrong people …
Our relationships are doomed because we are together with the person who fits our self-created persona instead of our true self.

How can anybody understand us, when we make our show instead of being authentic and showing our emotions, and vulnerability?

I have never done a show, because I wanted to be together with the people that fit me… And Dishonesty was never an option for me!
I was together with the people that were fitting to me. And I am super emotional.

3 questions

Where do I cringe or what makes me uncomfortable?
Something makes you uncomfortable that can be bad… use that where you do have a deficit.

Who is the influence I ‘am trying to be, or where are you sourcing your persona from?

You have an idol, but you never can be your idol… Why are you frustrated that you can’t get the success like your idol…?

You can’t be perfect every moment and this is true also for your idol!
Your emotions/motivations are continuously changing…
You can’t be the superman every moment!
And if you accept that, one day is good and one day is bad, then everything is okay.
If you don’t accept that, you suppress your emotions and that sabotages your success.

What part of me is not okay?
Write it down and learn to accept that.
You can only change when you accept your shortcomings!

What is your shame or guilt?
