We know situations where we think that we are wrong and then our shame is coming up…
We try to hide our shame or to swallow our shame to pretend everything is just normal.
Because nobody should realize that we have some problems ….
In the end, we are the looser.
Most of all demand intimacy, trueness or authenticity instead of shallow relationships where everybody pretends how cool he is…
One of the greatest Marketing Experts Joel Bauer even likes:
To show how wrong he is.
Admits openly his mistakes.
Is building up intimacy with the auditorium if we want that or not.
Shows how human he is.
And is selling even everything.
Gerry Roberts one of the best selling guys on the stage makes similar mistakes like Joel Bauer…
Gerry tells his most painful moments in his career to entertain the auditorium. For sure, it is very funny to hear when and how Gerry failed.
Then ask yourself what is special about you that you try to pretend to be perfect?
Our imperfect habits are selling much better than our perfect crafted sell speech.
How would it be:
if we admit our shame in the moment when it happens?
If we feel our shame when it happens?
We would overcome our shame and we would become an integrated person.
We would become:
A person that would never have fear of his own feelings.
A person that is human.
A person that everybody loves.
