The law of polarity: Every thing has two sides and both sides are the same size. Light and shadow, small and big, sweet and sour…
We should be aware of the negative side that we don’t want (Toni Robbins) and focus on the positive side that we want (Bob Proctor).
First example Relationships. If we love somebody then unconsciously we build up negative feelings against the love one …. And then a moment happens where we release them… Not good, because our darling is getting overwhelmed, victimized. For the Srimad Bhagavatam and the psychology our negative feelings are 5 to 10 times stronger then our positive feelings, that means we can hate 10 times better then to love… We can release them very easily and fast, see my previous video: How to gain inner peace and calmness with the right preparation for meditation…. And then the love is back and growing… Tantra rule: Kill every day your darling and start fresh! (Even over 5000 years ago it was so: first release the negative sentiments and then your love will grow.)
If we hate, to do something, for instance I don’t like to do all this business stuff as a spiritual being… then I release first my negative sentiments with garden work… and then I can do it…
If we have positive thoughts then we have also negative thoughts. The negative thoughts have a great value (Toni Robbins) because they show us what is missing, not good enough, how we can improve…
The negative thoughts are driven from our feelings, -80% of our thought are driven from fear. How is it: Feel your fears and don’t be your fears! (Zen)
