For many years, the nurse Bronnie Ware served/nurtured dying people
teaches us what we should not do …
In this dying process, people changed dramatically and saw that life is not granted, that every moment is incredibly valuable…
Here are the 5 regrets of dying people.
1. I wish I dared to live a life true to myself!
And not to live what other people expect from me!
Choose for yourself.
Be yourself!
2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard…
For what?
3. I wish I dared to express my feelings.
This means Authenticity, to feel and express your emotions instead of to make a show everything is good…
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
In 75 years survive, done by Harvard University…
The happiest people during their lifetime were the people who had chosen lovely relationships as their top priority…
Besides that, they had also the longest life!
5. I wish I had let myself be happier.
Nothing about that regrets are about getting this promotion, making more money, being more successful or wealthy, being more popular in front of others…
Because it really doesn’t matter when you are so close to death.
There are the moments and the relationships we often neglect in the pursuit of more, more success, more approval from others, more wealth.
But it is not about external goals we didn’t reach.
It is about the experience that we missed out on while chasing them.
Like calling your parents and catching up over a nice family.
Living joyfully working on your passions.
Hanging out with your close friends over a deep conversation.
Kissing your darling one more time.
Having fun and pursuing your hobbies
Traveling to places you never have been before…
Seeing the smile on your child’s face
We spend so much time stressing about our future.
But the magic is here and now!
Instead of being addicted to achievements on the outside and chasing happiness …
We think that we are more, when we reach that goal…
That never came true because our ego wants more!
The path is the goal…
And the path should be relaxed and joyful.
You see, I don’t care how many people I reach with my blogs
I learn so much by looking for new content and understanding new ideas…
And that has changed my life…
For instance, Assumptions are fiction or hell and don’t come true…
Or there is no enlightenment, no moksha, no nirvana, no Paradise, no hell…
These lies are fabricated by greedy religions.
But there is God, love …
And that matters the most!
What is missing?
6. Regrets of not having a healthy lifestyle with enough body exercises and a plant-based diet for longevity and fewer diseases.
7. A spiritual connection to God or faith in God to accept every situation as God-given…
If you didn’t have to use your lifetime to build up a spiritual Connection to God your life is wasted… That is believed by all spiritual and religious people in the world… And that makes your life so much easier and enjoyable … You can accept easier challenges and so on…,
How to start a new life?
Waiting for the perfect moment to start something is just procrastination
Start now!
Clarity doesn’t come from waiting it comes from doing.
A new start is overwhelming…
Just do the first step keep going, and keep learning on the way.
We have to risk something, and without risking we can’t win.
Otherwise, you can’t live the life that you want…
What was impossible becomes achievable.
