Tiny Actions Produce Big Trust

Trust is the cornerstone of every good relationship…

Consistency of small actions over time compounds into trust.
Some big actions do not compound into trust.

Trust is not given; it is created through day-to-day interactions, decisions, and leadership choices.

Small actions in cultivating trust have a huge impact.

With long-term thinking, we cultivate trust instead of seeking short-term gains or quick victories…

For instance, good parents looking for a good long-term outcome for their kids.
It’s not good enough just to show affection and love; they have to lead their kids to a bright and challenging future…
If you give your child everything he or she wants, you spoil your child…
You want to make your child strong and independent so they can overcome every challenge.

The same is true for a good leader. A good leader wants to make their employees better and more competitive…
Instead of just exploiting them…

When you care for your employees, friends, kids, and family, you build up trust.

Not every day your spouse is great or lovely; you accept that and give them the support they need…

With one good deed, you can’t build up trust…
You have to care every day for the well-being of your family, friends…

You offer your help and support, even if you have enough problems of your own…

The addiction to mobile phones shows that social media, with their text message approval, has a higher influence on our well-being than friends or our spouse…

The result is a much higher suicide rate because we can’t trust anybody.

A Facebook friend is not real, and building trust on them will never work out.

Care for people and gain their trust.
