What is mindfulness?
Is this to control our thoughts/feelings and to suppress our negative thoughts/feelings?
Is this simple to be aware of all of our thoughts and feelings?
It is 100% science proofed if we watch a system with all necessary parameters it will change… Through watching you change!
It also science proofed (psychology), if we only watch our thoughts and feelings they become better. And this is proofed through the Srimad Bhagavatam 5000 years ago, that awareness of thoughts and feelings are enough to become enlightenment! The Buddhist religion is based on this statement and they have even overtook the Tantra scripture (Millions of years old) from God Shiva for meditation…. Then we understand that meditation: Is watch and let happen (Shiva/Buddha) and not to interfere!
This means we don’t control our feelings and thoughts, but watch them, even this is so hard. Zen: Watch your feelings but don’t be your feelings. Krishna Identification is sorrow…. If we can accept us as we are, with all our short comings as human being, then we accept also other people. If we are not aware of our shortcomings then we reject other people…. Goethe: Your own sins you see first at other people. Now you understand why it is so important just to watch us, so that we don’t project our misbehavior, negativity on other people. And if we control our feelings and thoughts we are never aware what is inside of us and so we project and reject….And know I hope you understand mindfulness.
