If you go through Google and look for the benefits oft Coffee you will find them… For sure it is not true!
The kidneys needs for 1 cub of coffee 1day to filter out the particles of the coffee from the blood… and the kidneys have to work for it hard. This means it pollutes the blood vessels and harms so all the other organs… In addition mostly of all people add white sugar to it – to make it worse for their immune system, digestion… (white sugar kills the vitamins and is bad for the heart).
Coffee makes the body acid… and so again harms our body.
The acidity of coffee is associated with digestive discomfort, indigestion, heartburn, GERD and dysbiosis (imbalances in gut flora).
Through coffee drinking our Kidneys filter out too much of important minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium from the blood and this leads to a deficiencies of these minerals and an imbalance in the electrolyte status of our body.
Through coffee drinking our liver can’t detox in the normal way, this leads again to body diseases.
Also coffee drinking can lead to Addiction or addicted people use coffee and smoking as a substitute… Ask any coffee drinker about how it feels to withdraw from coffee, if they feel bad for sure this is a kind of addiction.
Why not substitute coffee with Tea?
