How much hours you have to work for your car, and after some time the car is worthless… If you had spent this time to build up spirituality and health … Your life would be excellent.

 

Goal setting.

The human need progress without progress life would be useless… We need for ourselves goals in personal growth, for our courier, body, family… So fewer goals we set so more we can accomplish. Focus on fewer things, instead to be overwhelmed from too many goals.
