We all need healthy bowels with 85% beneficial bacteria, because 80% of our Immune system is in the bowels and only healthy bowels can absorb all the nutrition’s (like enzymes, vitamins, minerals). What is, if we don’t have healthy bowels, because of consuming industrial processed food; meat and dairy products produced with antibiotics that kills our beneficial bacteria; consuming not enough fresh food with the enzymes that we need… What should we do, to clean our bowels and make them healthy?
Fermented unpasteurized vegetables are very good for our bowels, because they give our bowels the right bacteria and replace the bad bacteria, and they clean the bowels. If the bowels are cleaned through the fermented raw vegetables, then we can absorb much more of the nutritions, like magnesium, enzymes, vitamins…. Also this is a good anti oxidant. After junk food or antibiotics, eat fermented vegetables that give your bowels the right bacteria. It is so easy to make them by yourself. I eat everyday fermented vegetables. We need one month for a good cleaning of the bowels with eating 7 spoons of fermented vegetables/day.
