What to do when we are angry?

We should embrace our anger! What we resist/reject that persist and even worse will grow. One of the best Therapist in the world, Allen (Rajen) Lowen said the only problem that we have, is that we don’t love all of our feelings, this means also anger. The stupid concept is to fight against anger, this is like putting petrol on fire, – so we suppress our anger, it will piles up and in a bad situation all this piled up anger will beat up an innocent victim or it will cause diseases like allergy, migraine, liver cancer (for instance: Steve Jobs, well known in his firm as a dictator) in our body.
Suppressing of Anger harms us.

  1. To attend Bio Energetic/ encounter groups, Dynamic Meditation is ideal to release suppressed anger.
We use/utilize our Anger, if we make sport like boxing, jogging, swimming, to work in the garden, to wash the car, cloth… So that we exhaust our anger.
  2. We make EFT.
  3. We breath deeply in the anger; we support our anger with our worst imagination (killing, torture, beating thoughts are great for that purpose) and if we do it perfect we support our anger with body movements, like chopping wood, boxing, kicking…
  4. We imagine that we are on the stage and that we have to act as a very angry person, so every body will see that we are very angry. Think on a bad situation and then imagine that you have to act this situation on the stage… with very much anger … we exaggerate it like crazy… at the end you will laugh… because life is a joke.
  5. Or a guy/girl/boyfriend/parents has/have really deserved our anger. Then simple go to this person look in his/her eyes, if possible hold his/her hands and express your anger. The magic is to keep contact to that person when you are expressing your anger, after a short time you will experience, compassion and forgiveness… Mostly of all people including me like not to see the victim, when expressing the anger, because it so difficult and makes no fun ….so it will transform us.
