What we do if we don’t accept our situation?

My video: What we do if we don’t accept our situation? https://youtu.be/Ytz56ircIuA

This problem is quite common, because the world is fast changing and we have to adapt to the new situation.
It starts that we don’t accept our situation, we are fighting against the change or we are depressed.

For instance when the Tsunami killed around 250000 people, I was one of the survived victims. The Indian families of the victims could not accept the loss, were mourning, complaining, blemished God, blemished the Karma …. And I was consulting them. I said for instance: Be happy that you survived, don’t blemish God/Karma it will not help. Thanks God that you have survived…

The first step is, to release the anger, sadness about the change, loss …

The second step is to change our perception, from for instance, everything is bad … to everything has two pols and every pol has the same size. This means if something is very bad, then there must be the same amount something good in this situation.

For instance: Before the Tsunami happened, I had an accident and got a wrong treatment from the Orthopedic… Through that treatment my back became very bad (I could not work or meditate anymore). I blemished these stupid doctors… In the moment when the Tsunami was coming, I went to an Acupuncture treatment and this saved my life, I missed the Tsunami for some minutes…. Was the accident/treatment bad or good?
After the tsunami I was grateful to had this accident….

Third step, we have to find a new solution for our life.

For instance: I had to leave the Ashram in India after 10 years, in order to recover. This was very sad for me. Never less I said to everyone, my back will be in 3 years better than before… nobody believed me, they had been dam wrong. I chose to start a new life in Thailand, to learn and apply the Chi Gong from Mantac Chia…

The forth step is, we choose confidently and positive to change our life, so that our life will be even better. We change our perception; embrace our tragedy; have faith that everything will be for the better; faith that we solve our problems and looking for new life opportunities….

Don’t remain lying on the ground, go up and start positive…. Feel your suffering and let it go, self-pity will never work. Recognize that many other people are in even a worse situation than yourself. Be thankful for your tragedy, that you are still be alive…

If we have doubts, we go deep in our doubts and looking what we can learn from our doubts. Afterward we let them go….
