Green Smoothies
You get an electrical blender, fill inside some water or curd, and then the fruits, on top salad leafs and bananas… you can sweeten it with honey.
In the morning until 12 o’clock the body is still assimilating the nutritions and then to eat heavy stuff is ridicules. The main food should be consumed between 12pm and 8pm. Heavy stuff in the morning are for instance, bread with sausages, marmalade, cheese, then muesli with the nuts and fruits (the grains needs at least several hours for digestion, the nuts needs even longer and the fruits (including dry fruits) will ferment in the stomach).
Why is cheese bread so heavy? We need for the carbohydrate, proteins and fat, different digest juices. Cheese has a lot of proteins and fat and the bread has mainly carbohydrate. This means the body is switching quite often between the digest juices for proteins, fat and carbohydrate….
The solution is simple fruits and the easiest thing is just to make green smoothies with a lot of bananas. The bananas have very much energy and the hunger is satisfied. Afterward we make some body exercise so that the sticky fiber of the fruits will clean our blood vessels. Do you know something better in the morning or after 8pm?
