I give you here some exercises that will activate the creativity in your brain. Make one or several per day for a month.
Ask yourself what disturbs or makes you angry. Find the solutions for that… Make brainstorming, write down for 5 minutes everything, that comes in your mind.
Don’t manifest the solution, it is enough to imagine the solution. Do not judge yourself negatively or put yourself under pressure. Remain relaxed and be happy with every solution you find. Motivate yourself and praise yourself.
What can you make better? Find the solutions.
Take 5 fancy words (Country, noun, verb, adjective, animal) which don’t fit together and write for 5 minutes a story where all 5 words occur.
Take a sheet of paper and draw with color pencils what ever comes in your mind. Again be happy with every picture that you draw.
Hear different music and move your body in every direction the body like to go (body flow). Don’t judge…. let the body move by itself. …
Play an instrument or sing, regardless how it sounds, just like a child. Don’t judge.
