Breath in with your nose:

Put your hand on your belly, and first fill your belly, then your chest with air. The diaphragm contracts and moves downward.

Breath out with your mouth:

Push the air out while you lower your chest and then squeeze your belly… the diaphragm muscles relax and move upwards.

Do this for 10 to 15 minutes and it will lower your whole blood pressure for the whole day
