It is easy if you know how to do it!
I will introduce 3 methods from the Acupressure … All are good also if you can’t sleep.
1) Squeezing the temples to eliminate the disturbing thoughts.
2.) To open up our Sinus and to breath with ease. Remember, if we under pressure we can’t breath relaxed … This is important to relax.
3.) To instantly go into a meditation mood.
1.) Massage with both hands the temple area of your head. Use your fingers and massage with firm pressure also the pain area for 30 Seconds. Press with both palms (like a vice) against your both temples for 90 Seconds. With the right palm against your right temple and with your left palm against your left temple. Release your pressure and feel that your head energy is going downward and so your thoughts.
2.) Relax your sinus, you need your index-finger and thumb.
For 20 Seconds, pinch with your thumb and index-finger both sides of your other thumb. Pinch the nail area and the opposite side of the thumb. The thumb should pinch the nail and the index-finger the thumbprint.
For 90 Seconds or longer press both sides of the thumb with the other thumb and index finger. Press the sides of the thumb, the area of the nail. The thumb has 4 sides, you have pinched the nail and the thumbprint already and now press from the other 2 sides (like a vice). Then you can alter to the other hand, what I always do.
3.) Acupressure – Mediation. This is harder to explain. For 2 Minutes, you press with index-finger and middle-finger below the wrist of the palm.
With your index finger, you go below of the pinkie-finger (hand edge, Karate hand) on the palm side, directly under the edge of the wrist and press below of this bone, (between the arm and the wrist). The next point is 2 “finger-wide” below the first point and 1 “finger-wide” distance of the arm edge (palm-side). Press with the middle-finger this point. This point is above a tiny bone, (it is difficult to locate that bone for women) downward toward your arm edge (karate hand). The females press this point without locating this bone.
Press both points to the same time for 2 Minutes. Then you can alter to the other hand, what I always do.
