Leveraging on the past.

The more we remove the pain of the past, so more we gain in the future.
And this is true for every aspect of our life including our love and happiness.
If we don’t release our pain from the past then we live continuously in the past. For instance after a research from London about raping… The study found that 80% of all raped women go back to the same situation where they got raped. There were only 20% who avoided all situations where they may get raped. This means that all the women are still under the spell of their trauma, and are still affected by their experience when they got raped.
Do you think that this is only true for that raped women or for us all? We all repeating again and again the same situations until we go with full awareness through that, accept the situation as a learning and change our life.
For instance, we got grown up poor and felt humiliated to be so, then we are going to a 5 star hotel,… We still feel that we don’t fit and feel bad (minority feelings) in the present of the rich guys in the hotel… because of our upbringing. We love to leave this hotel and going back home. Do you think that we can become rich if we feel so?
The first step is to release our negative feelings, in this case: the humiliation, the negative feelings about money and then we accept that we had been poor. If we don’t do that, then we can’t get rich and will be our whole life jealous on the rich.
The next step is to confront us again and again with such uncomfortable situation to be under rich people until we feel comfortable.
And now we are ready to get through our efforts rich, because we got rid from all of our negative sentiments….
If we don’t follow this process, then we maybe get very fast rich and afterward poor again. For instance 90% of the lottery winner are after 5 years bankrupt, even more poor then they had been before.
And the same is true for all of our relationships, we can not love somebody if we harbor inside of us hate, fear, anger, sadness from our previous relationship… and even the previous relationship is based on our experience with our parents… Doesn’t it makes sense to work on our childhood with a qualified therapist, life coach in order to build up a great loving relationship? Otherwise we repeat our childhoods traumas again and again, for what!
