My Healthy Salad Dressing

3 Brazil nuts for boosting the Immune system through high levels of Selenium
10-20 g Seaweed, boosting  minerals
3 Tablespoon Flaxseed, for Omega-Alpha-3-oil and for digestion. The Omega Alpha supplement doesn’t work, because the body can’t digest the concentrated  Omega-Alpha-3-oil.
1 Tablespoon Rosemary for longevity, boosting the immune system.
1 Teaspoon Thyme for longevity, boosting the immune system.
Blend it in an electric blender well.
5g Ginger for killing bacteria and cancer cells
1 Garlic clove for killing bacteria
50g Natto for healthy, strong bones, osteoporosis, drives the calcium inside the bones and autophagy (cleans our body from the inside) through Spermidine. Natto is fermented soybeans, a recipe from Japan. You can also use Tempe, a recipe from Indonesia
100g Kimchi or fermented vegetable, healthy probiotic.
1 big cucumber 200-300g, for cleaning the kidneys…
0.1 l  Coconut yogurt… for Lactobacillus (probiotic) necessary to build up a brain barrier that protects our brain from harmful organisms and bacteria. (Made out of probiotic Lactobacillus and Coconut milk)
You can add UNHEATED (heated soya paste has no pro-biotic inside anymore) Soya paste
Blend it well in the electric blender
