Was Osho the greatest marketing strategist?

I will prove that!

Be controversial and never be boring. Any promotion is good promotion… So more scandals, so faster we get well known and so more fans we get. These means if we polarize the public (recently done from President Trump), we will get enemies and to the same time fans. Without fans, we don’t have a chance on the market. Even better the press is working for us for free if we give them scandals and provoking messages. Think it over, and it worked so good for Osho (Bhagwan) or Trump.

Always change. The mind or ego always needs something new. Otherwise, we get bored and looking for somewhere else exciting new stuff… Who had evolved over the years his teaching more than Osho?

Promote/promise what the people want and give them what they need (T. Harv Eker). (What you tell them is true, but what I tell them (useful lies) is good for them, Osho’s version) Osho was great in promising the enlightenment for everybody. Osho attracted even people who didn’t have any interest in the spiritual path, like people from the Green Party and psychology scene. Osho offered free sex and love for becoming enlightenment through the Tantra path. Great attractor. Before we could make Tantra, we had to go through encounter and primal groups, had to learn meditation, bioenergetic, yoga … And through this preparing for the final Tantra group, our heart was open for love, and we got more stillness in mind, learned to understand our and the opposite gender. With other words, we got incredible goodies through Osho’s groups and could change our life to become happier and fulfilled. Never the less it was a lie. Because his path can’t bring the enlightenment so easy.

Tell that you are the very expert in your field,- creditability. Osho said that he is a divine incarnation and even beyond enlightenment. Have you seen how many people are coming when a Rinpoche (divine incarnation of the Tibetan) or a traditional Tibetan Master is coming. At least ten times more coming when a Rinpoche is speaking. For instance, if we say that we are enlightened, that attracts the people, regardless who is giving the speech!!! Why don’t I do such things? I am an introvert and not a businessman.

After promising and convincing of our customer, we tell what is not working, what we can’t guarantee so that the customer trust us. Osho said that he even would lie and cheat us, to bring us forward on the spiritual path. For sure we should not blind trust him, we are always fully responsible for everything. In the end, he didn’t promise us anything. He could tell us any lie… Easy!!!

Give proof that our product is working – reviews. Osho declared, again and again, a devote as enlightened or died enlightened. Osho gave even enlightenment certificates to his therapists…

Scarcity – Give a special time limit offer, so that the customer is forced to buy now. Otherwise, he doesn’t get this special offer. The organization of Osho said again and again: “Come to Osho fast, maybe he will die soon”; and that even 10 years before he died.

Why Osho’s path is not useful for enlightenment? Osho promised only to open our first two chakras, and this should be enough. That never will work out, because all seven chakras have to open up. Without a personal God relationship, it is tough for almost everybody to go further on the inner path. For mostly all spiritual paths we need to open up the Kundalini… he didn’t give us techniques how we could open up our Kundalini. The reason is that these Kundalini techniques are very dangerous; I have learned them and applied them, and I am happy that I can teach these techniques too.
