Probiotic water for your guts

Our health depends on our guts/intestines if they are not working because of unhealthy bacteria and harmful organisms:

We get sick.
We can’t get enough nutrients/minerals/vitamins out of our food.
We can get leaky guts and that leads to dementia and death.

We need always enough probiotics for our intestines/guts, so that we have in the guts 75% healthy bacteria and 25% unhealthy bacteria, but they somehow serve us also.

Normally the ratio is only 25% healthy bacteria to 75% unhealthy bacteria.

If we take to every meal probiotic like the Japanese who have the longest life expectancy in the world, then we are sure that we have enough healthy bacteria in our guts.

The probiotic water we can put into our green smoothies or sprinkle on our salad…

How to do Probiotic Water?

1L-glass container sanitized with a lid
Distillate water or clean bottled water.
1 to 2 tsp raw honey.
The best Probiotic has 50Bill-100Bill CFU guaranteed probiotic bacteria and 34 probiotic Strains.
For 100 Bill CFU, we take a half capsule.

For 8Bill CFU and 7 strain probiotics, we take 3 capsules.

You put 1 to 2 tsp honey inside of 1L water.
Shake it well.

Take 1/2 to 3 capsules of probiotic, open the capsules, and put the probiotic in the honey water.
It depends on how much probiotic bacteria one capsule has…

Shake it and don’t close the lid entirely because it needs air.

Put the probiotic water on a shelf close to the window.

After 3-5 days you get a little bit of carbonated water and near the neck, you find some brownish stuff…
It tastes a little bit sweet with a minor sour taste.

Then you filter the probiotic water out of the brownish stuff.

Keep it on the counter or in a cupboard with a loose lid. No refrigeration is needed. Lasts for months.

To keep feeding the Probiotic, add a 1-2 tsp (5-10g) sweetener every 10-14 days. If you don’t continue to feed the probiotics, they will die off. The sweetener can be any kind of honey, maple syrup, molasses, or cane sugar. Do not use stevia, it will not work.

1. If it seems to die off over a month or so, just start a fresh batch. You’ll know it’s no longer active when it smells like plain water with honey instead of a slightly sweet/sour smell that is common with fermentation.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Lasts for months, so long as you keep up regular feedings.

3. HOW MUCH TO DRINK? I cannot recommend what is best for you, but here is what I do… I consume a few tablespoons a day by adding it to my salad, to a smoothie, or to my water bottle. I personally do not measure out how much I take, I just splash it in here and there throughout the day. I do not consume more than 4 tablespoons each day. I eat a lot of other probiotic-rich, fermented foods so this is not my only source of probiotics.

4. WATER: Avoid water with chlorine like a city tap. City tap water has a lot of other toxic residues in it such as pharmaceuticals + other chemicals that could interfere with a healthy fermentation. In my opinion, it’s best to avoid using it for fermenting. You can use filtered water, distilled, bottled, non-chlorinated well water, etc.

6. HONEY ALTERNATIVES: Alternatives that also work are maple syrup, molasses, agave, and unbleached cane sugar. Do not use stevia, it will not work.
