Don’t eat 3-4 hours before you sleep.
Because it will affect your sleep and make you fat…
Eat before 8 PM the last food.

What time do you get up?
What are the important tasks to do?

The subconsciousness works through repetition.
Rewrite your goals, or look on your vision board, and visualize your goals happening,
Read them aloud out…
3. Practice gratitude.
Send an email or text message to someone and thank him/her.
Or speak/read loud for what are you thankful?
Program your mind for abandon and not scarcity …
Be thankful for everything, even your nightmares…
Because you learn through them a lot.
4. Ask your subconsciousness for the answers that you need…
Articulate that loud…
Never go to sleep without a request for your subconsciousness.
Instead of worrying, ask yourself what you should do, to solve your problems.

Don’t try to figure out the answer by your consciousness.
