Stress is the killer number one! Is really our stress necessary? So more stress we have, so more we fail, so more our body is suffering, so more our relationships are getting worse… and we attract so more bad things/dramas in our life…. How to get rid of it. We start first with our own life, what we can improve… If we we have not enough fun or playtime then we procrastinate and with procrastination we are getting the stress…. First we schedule our free time… because the free time is more then anything else important. If we can’t enjoy our free time or have not enough free time, then we procrastinate and then the stress…. We chose after the 20% to 80% rule… (that 20% of the doing brings 80% of the success) what is the most important things to do and we do it right away. Before we are starting to work, we think Why or what is the reason to do our task… Because if we don’t have a strong Why then we are not motivated to do the task… Do we need really to make everything or is the 20% just enough. After every task we make a pause and think how good it was that we have done it… It is good if we can make some relaxing exercises, like breathing, a short walk after the task,… Because it will clear our mind from unnecessary thoughts. We chose not to work overtime because then we have to less free time…
After and before our work, body exercise will help us a lot to be relaxed. I had always chosen to go by bicycle to my work…. Then we can look what kind of relationship we need and what kind of relationship will exhaust us…
This means we should get rid of stress makers… We want a happy life, for this we should also chose the right people and to be together out of conscientious with the wrong people, doesn’t make sense.
To learn to meditate makes also sense. If we start with meditation then we should start with moving meditation, like the Kundalini Mediation from Osho.
