Taurine deficiency is a driver of aging

Taurine is a naturally occurring sulfur-containing amino acid. It’s particularly concentrated in your brain, eyes, heart, and muscles. Taurine can be produced from cysteine in the body and by consuming meat and fish.

Taurine deficiency during early life harms our skeletal muscle, eye function, and the central nervous system.

Although amino acids are often referred to as the building blocks of protein, Taurine isn’t used to build proteins in your body. Instead, it’s considered a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning it becomes essential only in times of illness and stress.

Taurine is used in energy drinks to boost our energy.

If we age then we have up to 80% less Taurine to the age of 60 years in our body compared to when we were young…

And research proves that if we supplement Taurine to mice, monkeys, and humans the lifespan increase to 10-12%.

For 75-80Kg body weight, they supplemented 3 to 6g Taurine.

The research after 28 months with Taurine shows:

Thinner with Taurine
Taurine suppressed the age-associated-body-weight gain by 10%.

Stronger with Taurine
Taurine increased bone mass and muscle strength!

Better exercise performance

Less depression and anxiety and higher curiosity!

Better memory.

Healthier life span…

Taurine is safe if we don’t overdose Taurine.

Taurine was given one time per day in the morning at 10AM

The best and cheapest way is if we buy Taurine pulverized and add it to water/tea or smoothies…
