The fear of missing out or FOMO

https://youtu.be/jLtSt6IVS5s

It is the uneasy and sometimes all-consuming feeling:

1.) That we are missing out that our peers are doing.

2.) That we fail to do the right action to become or get what we want.

3.) That the grass is greener in the neighborhood than at our home.

4.) That we check compulsory the social media for something better… and from this lives Facebook.

Nearly 75% of the young adults are suffering from the FOMO phenomenon.

FOMO comes from Unhappiness, that we don’t feel content within our world and looking for something better.

And today we look for something in the social media instead that we look at what is missing. And our search for happiness in the Media, looking TV, or Social Media will make us even more depressed.

If we try to pretend that everything is okay, we will get more frustrated. Because we feel that nobody loves us as we are, or that we need to make a show to get attention.

We should ask us ourselves

What do we miss:

1.) In our life?
2.) In our relationships?
3.) In our courier?
4.) In our leisure time?

And then we make the right steps to get what we want.

We should name our true feelings and feel them instead to suppress them.

We look at what we can be grateful for our life and feel grateful.
Look for everything in your life as a gift.

We exercise exhausting sport because this will change our (e)motions instead to make Facebook.

When we make Facebook we compare us with other people who have achieved more than us. And that is depressing.

We should look for real contacts with people and even touch them because that will lift up our spirit.

We make the things that we enjoy.

Or simply learn to go inside with Meditation and experience the bliss of meditation.
