A regular bread with cheese needs up to 8 hours for the digestion… What is about the proteins? The human body needs very fewer proteins, in the mother’s milk is only 1.5% proteins, and a baby needs proteins very much. This means 10g/day is enough, the bananas have up to 10% proteins.
