What to do with jealousy…?
In Thailand over 60% people get killed, because of jealousy. The reason is, that the Thais are supporting Jealousy… This means, we should take care, that nobody is getting jealous in Thailand. Instead of punish jealousy.
The most holiest scripture from India; Gita and the Srimad Bhagavatam are beginning with the sentence, that it is forbidden to read these religious scripture if you are jealous… and you can read them if you are angry, stealing – this is not mention in the scripture… Because the root of evil is jealousy….
If we are jealous then we should get rid of it….
Solution:
1. Say always when you are watching jealousy inside of yourself, that you are in this moment facing jealousy and that you are very sorry for that and that you don’t want that the other party take care for that…. After some time you accept your jealousy and then jealousy will go away…
2. You breath deep in and out and feel that jealousy with the attached anger, sadness and fear and then it is gone…
3. You learn EFT (done in 20 minutes) see for instance my page https://ask-rudy.com/eft/ or google EFT… and then you apply EFT (done 2 – 5 minutes) on your jealousy with all the attached feelings, for that specific reason.
4. You learn to share.
We can’t own a person…nor a person can own you.
Can you please close your eyes? What you see now, that is yours and all the other obsession including spouse is an illusion. Everything owns God or what happens, if you leave your body, what is then yours.
Our Ego want that we are something, that we are special… until we want to be special/something, we have to suffer for that. So more humble we are, so less suffering and so happier. Bhagwan/Osho said, become the dust on the street… and then your sorrow is over…. This doesn’t mean that we don’t take any position … it is just that we are becoming humble and so serve other people instead of bragging …. If we are humble, jealousy has no chance anymore, we are seeing everything as a gift….
I was grown up in a a big family and we had to share. Imagine within 3 years my mother got two twins and one single,… The option to be jealous was not there, because we got severe punishment for that.
When I was together with a girl, we went to a party, and she got in love with another guy. I felt humiliated and desperate. And then I thought: I am a nobody, a nothing,… (this is a quote from Zen or Osho/Bhagwan) … And I repeated this again and again…so that I felt it… And then I went in a deep awesome bliss and silent …. The jealousy was gone, even I could stand to be in a room, when my darling slept with an other guy. Because I think that my value is much higher then that. I have sex and I don’t be my sex. The sex is a part of mine and maybe is important 10min/day… For what I have to downgrade me when my darling is appreciating in this moment an other guy…To this time our Guru Bhagwan/ Osho encouraging us for changing our darling in order to get rid of jealousy.
