Why do the Japanese live longer?

The Life Expectancy of a Japanese is 84.75 years. Only Monaco has a higher Life Expectancy of 89.75 years.

Never the less Japan has over 50000 people over 100 years old…

They are thinner, working harder and best until they die…

Without a purpose, nobody can live long…

The Japanese are well known for their focus and goal setting.

And the purpose should not chase for excitement.

The purpose should be based on honesty and good outcome regardless if this is boring…

And the Japanese are very honest.

Attitude is everything.

Dishonest people can’t see where they are wrong and can’t so live on an optimum…
If we are honest and if we want to be happy we don’t look for short time happiness or a short time gratification.

We look for a healthy lifestyle.

The Japanese products are famous for their quality and last a long time.

People who are working and don’t care for the outcome live shorter because their focus is on short time satisfaction/happiness.

Why? If we focus on a good outcome we focus also to live long… Because we want to gain from our work in the long term, that means a longer life.

The Diet of the Japanese is a good mixture of rice, veggies, and fish. The Japanese avoid high-calorie food and eat easy to digest food. …

For sure the Japanese don’t eat that awful pizza (pizza needs over one-day digestion… ) or tarts… Still, 90% of the population use a Microwave oven.

And the Japanese are thinner than the average person from Europe, America, and Thailand…
The Japanese (90% of the adults, 98% of the kids) love to walk or to ride on a bicycle to their work/school…and love to exercise …

The Japanese care for the elderly, parents and grandparents.
They learn easy to socialize and go often out with their colleges … The separation between work and leisure time is not so much.
