Why we want always more?

Why we want always more? Maybe we want a substitute for what we really want, and can’t get it? The Beatles had the answer? All you need is love love love… Mostly of the people are fear driven (80% of the thoughts are fear driven, because we want to protect us), then comes greed for goods, money, sex, power, fast food and drugs, and at the end comes success… After Antonie Robbins the rich people are attached to money, and have more fear to loose the money,… then poor people. A. Robbins thinks, that the rich people in average are unhappier then the poor people, because the search for money and power is so huge, that even if the wealthy people had reached their goals, fast they build up new goals, because they think it is not enough, they want more, instead of to be happy what they have… Other wise they would never be so rich and successful.
What is if we have all the money, success, power in the world but not the happiness and love? Alexander The Great was asking Diogenes… Diogenes was an extreme happy, fulfilled person with no goods, total poor… Diogenes said simple to the most powerful and richest man in the world: Go out of the sun, I like to sunbath…Instantly Alexander did so, and then Diogenes said this great quote: “ Everybody is dying on the middle of his journey.” How is it, if we take time to come home inside of our self and let the craving go, instead of running behind world things our whole life… and are enjoying what we are doing in this moment?
The spiritual answer is on this question; why we want always more?; that we all are on a spiritual path and that our soul want to come back/ find enlightenment.. All the other things in the world are distraction from our real desire to be one with God… On the inner path it is possible to find inner peace/calmness of our mind, bliss, love and happiness inside of our self, without the worldly substitutes… This doesn’t mean, that we can not fulfill our worldly desires …. The King Akbar Khan from India had also every thing, but his focus was on God/Allah, he was also enlightenment… It is a miss concept that the religions had been against worldly desires, Why not accept them and to be focused on God?
