Different of Hypnosis and Meditation

What is the difference between Hypnosis and Meditation? Hypnosis is using the different states of the brain to change the belief system. Meditation is used to connect with the divine. Let me describe our mind and the different states of the mind. We have after science 4 different states of the brain: Beta this is normal day consciousness; Alpha is half consciousness or light trance here mostly of the hypnosis are done and this is also a meditative state; Theta and Delta is normally states of the sleep can also be reached in meditation;- in meditation you have full awareness and you are connected with the divine and experience bliss… The brain waves are two times higher in Beta than in Alpha; two times higher in Alpha than in Theta and two times higher in Theta than in Delta.
In the Alpha state, we can still work, make sport, and drive a car (after long car drive this happen to mostly of all drivers), playing video games, reading books or watch the TV. Then we are not fully conscious and not full unconscious. In this state we are up to 200 times more suggestible than when we are full aware in Beta….
In this state Alpha we have still our control and can act fast when it is necessary.
When you sleep during the hypnosis then you are in the normal sleeping mode called Theta or Delta. Still you can hear the words. During sleeping we can still hear. Our mind is recording everything during sleep, that is science proved on students, who had learned their lecture during the sleep.
So more intelligent so better hypnoses is working.
When you sleep deep during the hypnosis, after the end of the hypnosis, the therapist will wake you up… because he has other things also to do. Think over, if you see TV or hear the Radio and then comes for 5 minutes advertisement, the advertisement reach you, when you are up to 200times more suggestible…. The same is true for the governments to give us fake news in order to manipulate us.
