For what is eating meat good?

It makes the body very acid and so destroys our joints, is bad for our heart and is the reason why so many people can’t lose weight.

In the meat/seafood that we get in the supermarket is antibiotics, in order to keep the animals healthy; synthetic estrogen and other hormones to grow them faster; dioxins; pesticides; inorganic arsenic (in chicken, that can cause cancer, dementia, …) heavy metals and very many other toxic from unhealthy food given to the animals. The antibiotics in the meat that we eat, kills the good and bad bacteria in our bowels, so that our immune system is getting weak.

After my research (reading ten books about diets, and consulting doctors) with our teeth and the length of our bowels, meat is not the correct food to eat. Have you eaten raw meat that is not cut into small pieces? A meat eater, like a lion, only has 5m-long bowels (humans have 12m-long bowels and the 12m-long bowels are the best for vegetables and fruits) and all meat eaters have for sure better teeth and a bigger mouth in relation to their body. Our teeth are good for eating vegetables, fruits, and nuts. We also have problems eating uncooked grains like wheat, rice with our teeth. Naturally, we are vegetable, fruit, seed, and nut eaters. A vegetarian lives on average five to ten years longer (see Wikipedia Vegetarianism). A vegetarian has a huge problem if he or she eats meat after not eating it for five years; it can cause food poisoning. Eating meat is not natural for us.

The dairy products are produced from heated and processed milk so that all the benefit is gone, instead of giving the body calcium the milk is draining calcium out of the body… the cheese is processed with antibiotics or even they are using radioactivity … to keep it long fresh… The curd/sour cream is still good, because it gives us calcium.

There is this old and stupid prejudge that we need so much protein…. A baby needs much more protein than a grown up… and the mother milk has only 1.5% protein. Mostly all fruits, vegetable or nuts have more protein than 1.5%… even the tomatoes have 3% fully adequate protein, bananas up to 10%. In the history of medical there was not a body who got ill through too less protein… Actually if you give chicken very much protein they are producing more eggs…. It is similar for human beings, that an over doses of protein this means more then 10g protein will create more lust, because the males will produce more semen and the female more slime in their vagina.

The biggest problem in becoming a vegetarian is that most people are unable to cook vegetarian food. Vegetarian food is very delicious, nearly everyone who tries it likes it, and I could easily convince you with my cooking (I enjoy cooking for other people). It’s simple to learn how to cook vegetarian food.
