There exists no selflessness.

We doing everything out of self-interest.

If somebody is in an emergency for instance, if I would not help I would hate me… So I help… Even it looks selfless, I assist the person out of self-interest.

Maybe other people would not help because they have a different self-interest. This means this person is not worse than me! Maybe this person will assist in a different situation where I would not help.

We should accept that everybody acts out of his self-interest, he can’t act out of our self-interest.

All people have different self-interests. So, for what we should abuse or reject this person with a different self-interest?

For instance, I don’t like to do anything again when I have done it wrong or sloppy. So I look that I make everything right because I want to save time. If I work with people together who don’t have such work mentality, who don’t care much for their work, I get angry…
In this case, it is the best if I would cooperate with the people who have the same work mentality.

Next example, if I go with a girl shopping and she tries on one shirt after the next and then leaving the shop without buying anything after she had tried on over 20 shirts, I get nervous. Nevertheless, the sales girls don’t care, for them it is amusing. For me would it be stress.

For different jobs, we need different self-interests to do the job well. I would be a catastrophe for a women cloth shop…

If we like to make things together, we should check the self-interests of the people who we like to do the things together.

For our own firm, it is mandatory that the self-interests of our associates fit their jobs. It is even more impotent than the qualification of our partners!
