How to improve through traveling?

During our vacation, we release our tension from previous stress, and we begin to relax and start to see our life from a new perspective.

We can choose to make an adventure trip or confront us with a different culture or to have a vacation to relax.

If we seek adventures, then these adventures will steer up our mind and hidden wounds, traumas will come up and so clarify us.

We can live outside of our comfort zone.

We travel without to plan, and we decide every day new what to do. Because we like to discover ourselves new. Before we had organized our day and now we do the opposite, hidden parts of ourselves will be unmasked and lived. Maybe you are a great sculptor or an amazing surfer who knows until you have started with that.

If you are carrying a lot of problems… Hiking with a heavy backpack will empty you.

How to meet new interesting people? Travel alone and go in budget hotels. Because only in Budget hotels you will have good contact with the hotel stuff and exciting backpackers. And even it is cheaper. So less expensive I travel so more I discover and so more adventure. I hate good hotels because the stuff is so on distance.

If we confront us with a new culture and environment, we can learn a lot and so improve our life. Also, we face challenges, so that traumas emerges, that we could never feel before. For instance, my experience with the Tsunami, a cobra, an earthquake, …

If we experience different behaviors in different cultures, let over think our own way of life. For instance a Thai is smiling in a dangerous situation to cool down the situation, instead to get furious… Why not adapt that?

If we want just to relax on our vacation, the unsolved conflicts we had already suppressed from the previous months are coming up. And we can find new solutions. Many people even getting ill on the first day of vacation, because they had been so involved that they had postponed their diseases to their vacation time.

When we are working, we can’t see our situation so clear, because we are identified and involved with the situation. When we separate us from our problems, only then we can find a new and better solution.
