Fear of negativity

Fear of negativity
What we take in can’t make us dirty only what we give out can make us dirty… (Jesus) If I see in the spirit scene that the people avoid to be together with people who speak negative…. I remember this great Quote from Jesus… We are already dirty and the other people who speak negative are reflecting what is inside of our self, – in this case when we are getting attached what other people are saying… Or the German proverb: Why you try to put on a shoe which doesn’t fit? This means, if we are getting involved what the other people are saying, we are already have the same stuff inside of our self… And then to run away from such people, who are expressing negativity, shows only that we are afraid of our dirt inside, what is surfacing. So the words had hit a wound inside from us and through that we get aware what is inside. Then we feel our pain, anger and sadness (we breath deep in and out for some time, with the breathing in we feel that emotion, with the breathing out we release that emotion) until they disappear, or make EFT. At the end we get purified, when we accept what had happened to us, without rejecting the other and we forgive the other or even be thankful for our purification. A therapist will charge you quite a lot for releasing of your suppressed negative feelings, so we get it for gratis, be thankful for that. Krishnamurty said: You are the world. The world is mirroring us in every moment. Unless I could not see that everything that I see, I am,- I could not get enlightenment (Villayat Inyat Khan).
This means we use the worst moments for going inside and so getting purified …. At the end everything was positive that had happened to us.
Tucholsky said: It is worse to complain about the dirt then to cause the dirt… This is the next big mistake to complain instead of to help or to make it better. If we have time to complain, then we have time to adjust the situation instead of complaining…. Mostly of the time, it takes less time to adjust the situation than to complain….
