It is a direction, not a destination.
If we want a healthy life, we should focus on the here and now.
This moment is the most precious moment in our life.
All this goal setting should not prevent us to be in the here and now.
What is more important than to live an extraordinary life in the here and now?
This process starts now, and it ends in the now!
Is really the destination relevant when we are not happy and fulfilled?
If we are happy, healthy and fulfilled is the goal important?
All our dreams end in a disaster if we can’t enjoy the journey.
When I see again and again in my life the most important things didn’t contribute to happiness, fulfillment, and health… The most important things are just like a Fata Morgana.
How would it be if we make the step in the direction to enjoy now, to see the purpose of life to learn… Then every experience would be a life worth because we can learn from that.
We focus our life on our goals, and every experience would enhance our lives as learning.
Our primary focus should be the here and now.
I had learned to write with 10 fingers for my orthography program, when I was 10 years old and a dyslexic. And today I see the purpose … My previous goal was to write without errors, that will never happen for a dyslexic. And today I write books with an automatic correction.
Go through your life and see this madness to get the most important things, that today are meaningless.
All our passions are needed. Still, is suffering from trivial things necessary?
If we have no passions, we have no life… Or we live a spiritual life where passions are not important.
Our desires are nightmares….And at the same time, they give us the purpose to live, to hope,…
