Most people live in a constant state of fear and worry without even knowing it.

We can easily see that other people are fear-driven, but we can’t see it by ourselves. Your own sins you see at first with others. (Goethe)

Our fear is driven by external or internal influences

The politician, the companies, are living from our fears. We think terrorist are dangerous… for instance in Germany are getting every year 44000 people killed by doctors… The pharmaceutical industry sells us vaccines or drugs that make our health even worse, and we buy them because we are afraid to get ill or to die…

Inside of us, we have many fears from our childhood and these fears are our decision maker, even we don’t notice it.

Every decision we make is fear or pleasure driven.
80% of our decisions are made to avoid pain.
20% of our decisions are made to gain pleasure.

 

The first step of our solution is, we should be aware of our fears.
If we are not aware of our fears, our fears dictate our life.

How can we find our hidden fears?
Ask yourself these Questions to find your hidden fears!

 

  1. Why we have the concerns, fears when we like to do new things?
  2. What will the people think about me?
  3. Do I need really this thing does it makes me safer?
  4. Why are we not doing our things differently instead to follow our old strategies?
  5. Why don’t we like to change our comfortable life?
  6. Why we can’t approach different people? Maybe we have the fear won’t be accepted?

Fear is a bad guide!

We should face our fears, get rid of them and life becomes amazing.

Make your fear lists with the worst outcome that you can imagine… Prioritize your worst scenarios… Find solutions for every fear…. And you will see that your fears are gone!
