Most of the professions are so specific that every education system will fail to teach what is needed in our profession.
Today school education is overloaded, old fashion and never can solve the problems in our working space. When we are working, we have to adapt and to learn what is necessary and that we have to do by ourselves. We have continuously to learn and not one time in life during our school time!
The education system should teach us the necessary things, that we need in life.

How to make a good Goal setting?
To understand and learn Persuasion techniques
How to communicate in a good a productive way?
To learn to lead people.
To learn to speak free in front of people.
How to become brave?
How to develop endurance?
How to surrender – to do whatever it takes?
To learn to relax.
To learn to save, invest money.
How to develop Faith in God and why is it so important?
How to understand ourselves – psychology what is our subconscious, belief system?
To learn to deal with our feelings instead to suppress our feelings…
To understand our sex drive connected with love and to learn to love.
To understand love in their polarity.
To have fun with our sex instead of to reject sex.
To care for other people.
To care for our self.
To adapt to a healthy lifestyle. This means to make enough body exercise, to avoid acid food like fast food, industrially processed food, meat and to chose unboiled food like a vegetable, salad, fruits…
To learn to live without drugs.
To learn to care for babies and children…to be a great father and mother.
To learn art, like music and to paint.
For sure we also need to learn some specific knowledge about our profession and to learn languages during our school time…
