Sleep exercise :
Gratitude: Sit on your bed before you go to sleep. Think what you are thankful about …. Fill your heart with Gratitude and hold this feeling for at least 2 min and then go to sleep… next morning you will start with gratitude…
Energy:
If we can’t sleep, then our head is busy with thinking… too much energy is in the head. Put your both hand, each on one temple area of your head; massage with the palms, with medium pressure for 1min the temple areas; and then press for 1min with big pressure on the temples, release then the pressure…. The energy from your head is going down…
If this is not enough: Lay down on the back, when you breath in you suck the Energy from your head down to the navel center and when you breath out you send the Energy from your navel center down to the feet sole… make it for at least 10 minutes or until you feel very tied and then you sleep easily.

EFT: Make EFT for that: with this sentence for EFT : Even I can’t sleep I love and accept me as I am. And if you have a lot of fears, worries, anger, sadness, depression, then start from that and then you make the EFT for the sleep.
