The Chinese Grounding becomes popular…

In recent times, even High-profile Olympia athletes are using grounding for healing their inflammations, and injuries…

An old man, Lewis Howes, had the idea that grounding his body on his bed sheet could be beneficial… Because the body is charged positively and the earth is charged negatively…

The benefits are:

Reducing inflammation.
Reducing chronic pain.
Improving Sleep.
Increasing Energy.
Lowering stress and promoting calmness by reducing stress hormones.
Normalizing biological rhythms including circadian rhythm.
Normalizing blood pressure and blood flow.
Relieving muscle tension and headache.
Improving menstrual and female hormone symptoms.
Speeds healing- used in some places to prevent bed sores.
Improves cortisol level.
Reducing jet lag.
Protecting the body from the effects of EMFs.
Shortening recovery time from injury or athletic activity.
Reducing snoring.
Helping support adrenal health.

If we walk barefoot on the beach or on the soil, we benefit from that…
In modern times, there is hardly any chance to get grounded by walking on the soil…

I am very familiar with grounding for Chinese healing, Qigong.
We can ground our negativity and even charge ourselves with the energy of the earth and that is all for free and it works…

Or just try, close your eyes and say I connect with Mother Earth. Feel that.
If I, do it, then I am directly grounded.

The Basic Concept of Earthing Is This:
The grounding mat (or sheet) is an amazing invention that allows you to do earthing while you’re inside a building. It just plugs into the grounding wire port of a normal 3-prong outlet or a grounding rod (US and Canada only).

Grounding or earthing mats create an electrical connection between your body and the earth. The idea is to replicate the physical connectivity one would make by walking barefoot on the ground. This connection allows electrons to flow from the earth and into your body to create a neutral electrical charge.

A half-size earthing sheet can be used on any bed size.
We can try to use an earthing mat while on our computers (under our desk) and an earthing sheet on our bed. We will definitely notice positive changes since beginning this routine.

If there is a strong ground current it is actually possible that attempting to ground or earth oneself could be problematic and create more problems. In theory, this is most problematic in really large cities and over wires run into the ground.

Now I have my earthing sheet and it works for pain, inflammation, injuries, and sleep so far…

Learn to reprogram your brain to reduce your pain.

If the brain is programmed to have pain, no medicine will help. 1. First, we ask ourselves: What want to tell us about the pain? Do we overwork, or do we do shift work? Do we have too much stress? Are we in a relationship struggle? If we know the psychological cause of the pain,
