When Life breaks you…

https://youtu.be/vsAUUT2RZmY

We can get into a very difficult situation through an accident, disease, separation, divorce, losing our work, war, or the death of a family member, …

And then we are overwhelmed…
We have lost our identity, how we have been before and can’t be the same…

I have done very much therapy and I have seen so many of these cases…
I was so many times broken and could not see the light for a long time; I was already 3 times clinically dead, faced many times the death, (even a half year ago) … And my body was entirely paralyzed …

We have 2 different types of people, …
1. One type (the give-up type), he/she got broken and remains in self-pity for a very long time…
2. The second type (the never-give-up type) who is looking for a solution, tries his best to get back on his feet…

1.The give-up type needs to learn to be responsible for his life and to fight for his life…
First, he/she has to survive.

Every challenge that we overcome makes us better…
We dislike big challenges because they are painful…
Still, every challenge teaches us something that is worth learning…
Ask yourself, what you can gain through this challenge.
Instead, what you can lose…

How will this circumstance shape your life and other lives…?
Everything has 2 poles and both poles have the same size.
If we see only the negative in one circumstance, then we are blind to the positive.

Why you focus only on the negative side?
Then you never will find the solution.

See the good part inside of it…
So that we are thankful for that challenge.
And act!!!!

2. The never give up type…
Has to learn to accept his circumstances…
We reflect on it.
We get insights.
Why that has happened to us and what can we learn? And often we can’t understand it for a longer time period…

When we share our experiences, we can much easier accept them, and then we can find peace…

We should be open to a new solution that is beyond our thinking.

We can use it even as a start for our inner/religious journey, as I have done when I was broken…

And then we can start again a new different life…

Learn to reprogram your brain to reduce your pain.

If the brain is programmed to have pain, no medicine will help. 1. First, we ask ourselves: What want to tell us about the pain? Do we overwork, or do we do shift work? Do we have too much stress? Are we in a relationship struggle? If we know the psychological cause of the pain,
