What can we do for the brain?

The best is to exercise your body!

Body exercises:
Relax us.
Will increase our level of neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, noradrenaline to feel better.
Has immediate and long-lasting effects and protective benefits of our life.
Better energy.
Better memory.
Better attention.
Exercises are the most transforming thing that we can do for our brain.
It has an immediate effect on our brain. We will feel better after the workout and that will last for at least 2 hours.
Is the best anti-depression recipe.
Will increase our reaction time
Change the brain anatomy, physiology, and function.

In front of the head is the prefrontal cortex, critical for decision making, focus, attention.
The second area is the hippocampus; which is close to the ear temporal lobe for long-term memories.

For a new lasting memory, the brain cells (neurons) in our brain have to create new neural pathways.

Exercises produce new brain cells (neurons) in the hippocampus. The hippocampus can grow and improve so our long-term memory.

So, more body exercises so better are our focus and attention in the prefrontal cortex.

If we strengthen the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus through workouts, we do the best for our aging and diseases.
Body exercises cannot prevent dementia/Alzheimer but can delay dementia/Alzheimer

The minimum of exercises to get that benefit…
Do 3 to 4 times 30 minutes exercises in the week.
Or do a power walk.
