1.) Unprocessed raw food is usually the best.
Because it lifts up your body and spirit.
If you don’t believe that, just eat only for one day raw: fruits, salad or vegetables. Don’t eat any seeds, kernels.
You will recognize how light your body feels and meditation is so much better. The feelings will be more intense, and the spiritual energy is going natural upwards.
Besides that, fermented vegetables should eat everybody. Because we need Probiotic in our food.
We don’t need so much protein, – Baby milk has only 1.5% protein and in Tomatoes are 3% protein, in Bananas are more than 10% protein. Animal proteins should be avoided.
But not everybody can eat only raw, because everybody is different.
2.) The next best is vegetarian food without industrially processed food, cheese, eggs.
How to become a vegan?
You have enough time to become better and better.
Never set yourself under pressure with a better diet if you don’t have to.
Fighting for a healthier lifestyle is creating so much tension inside of your body/mind that the change will harm more than to benefit your body.
Change in Baby-steps and accept your failures.
Look for a group with the same goals.
What is the worst food?
1.) White sugar and all kind of artificial sugar. White Sugar is a nightmare for the body, it is even worse than smoking, and promotes cancer and diabetes.
Instead, sweeten your dishes with honey, brown sugar, coconut sugar, Xylitol or maple-syrup.
2.) Avoid preservatives and pesticides; they are at most in meat and fish products.
3.) Alcohol, like wine, beer. With liquor, you lose too much energy; you can’t focus ….
4.) White flour is garbage!! – No Nutrition! White flour keeps your energy in your digestion system. The body is dealing with white flour like with white sugar. It promotes diabetes.
5.) Margarine and industrially processed oil are so worse; they clog the veins, make you fat and promote diabetes.
6.) All kind of fried food.
7.) Meat, fish.
8.) Dairy products. Asian people (not like Indo) can’t digest cow milk, because they don’t have the genes to digest cow milk.
Only Kefir or Yogurt can be eaten from people who are used on cow milk. Through the Probiotic in Kefir and Yogurt, the animal protein doesn’t harm anymore.
