What helps?

Positive thinking?

If you are depressed by your emotions, results, job, relationships then you apply positive thinking?

So what, then you suppress even more your negativity and think positively?

Instead to feel your pain, anxiety, anger, and sadness. Afterward, you build up your love and creativity, and then you change your life.

Your negativity is building up the momentum that can destroy
your body through diseases and destroy your

1. love,
2. relationships,
3. feeling alive,
4. creativity,
5. fun,
6. intelligence
7. and every day is shorter…

And these zombies we see everywhere created by positive thinking,

1. unloved people,
2. depressed people.
3. very unhappy, frustrated old people,
4. ill people,
5. insane people,
6. broken people …

Positive thinking or even worse NLP, can’t understand the law of Polarity nor Psychology…

You learn to idealize your shortcomings by positive thinking.
For instance, You say always I love my spouse and family even they torture you and you torture them…

Worldly happiness has always 2 pols … If you don’t feel negative emotions you don’t feel happiness, love…

Everybody tells me that his/her childhood was his happiest time in life…
When you have been a child you were crying easily and enjoy easily…

Later you learned to control your emotions. You suppressed your negative feelings… Then you learned positive thinking or NLP to suppress even more your negativity…

When you suppress your negative emotions you feel lesser and lesser positive emotions like love and your heart is closed… Then you become hard and inside depressed.

You attract more and more negative things because you attract what is inside of yourself and not what you necessarily want.

So you take higher risks to feel more and your results are getting worse.

Instead to be in the here and now…. Like when you have been a kid…

Instead to say “I love you” you really feel your negative and positive emotions so that you can surrender and open your heart.

Even you think that you have felt all of your pain, there is 10 times more pain inside of yourself… And all people who did feelings orientated therapy agree. And if you have so much suppressed emotions you can’t feel reel love. You think only that you love but there is no love at all.

And this is also true for meditation. If you suppress your emotions/thoughts your meditation can’t go deep! Osho/Bhagwan said that again and again….
