What is aging and how to stop that?
Do we need that? Can we stop that?
Aging is starting in the mind and then conquer the body.
I never had believed on aging, because I want to be always young… and to learn. Aging is starting with getting conservative … the whole world should not change… because it was always so and it will always be so…. Then the life is becoming a routine, nothing is exciting … aging…
Putting up weight…
When we are young (I am still young), we try out new things, even our parents will not approve that and then we fail, get frustrated, get conservative… aging. We never have thought, that we can fail and so we are not prepared for failing. Failing is a huge part of my life… I am a failure and I am happy to be that, because I try again and again new things out, from making music, INTERNET… looks really mad and then I have success and the people denied it,…. Instead to try out new things by their self , that the life is exciting. The worst thing on this planet is the TV …. Because of trying it out, the people see TV…and think that through TV they know it already…. For the people it is too dangerous to make new things…. Because they can fail or get hurt (feelings or body). Can you ask yourself (I am very hard) why you are not making body exercise? Because the frustration, anger, sadness are facing up… and for sure you are too lazy…(Tamas).
Why are you not sticking to a healthy diet? First you need to suppress the feelings and the sex with the junk food,… And at the end, you don’t like to live a long life, because you have no perspectives for the future. Why you are taking drugs? Suppressing of negative feelings and don’t want to face the here and now….
There is only one remedy: To live an exciting life and if you don’t do so. then for sure aging… We all getting hurt, frustrated again and again, but to sit on the frustration; instead to feel them and to act, that makes the different to an awesome life.
