Self-forgiveness

https://youtu.be/jn83maTLVZg

Forgiving ourselves is one of the hardest things we will ever do.

Why are we seeking for validation, love, respect, money…?

If we would love ourselves and have forgiven ourselves do you think that we would need love, money (more than we need), or respect from other people?

Are we really guilt free?
We use our guilt to remember not to do our errors again.

And then we feel guilty.

Our guilt does not change our past, but hinder us to enjoy fully our life.

People use our guilt to exploit us…

We are handicapped by our guilt.

If we act out of guilt, we cannot act optimally.

What is if we learn our lesson from our wrong doing and then forgive us…

What was yesterday wrong might be today the best…

Regardless how we see it, to let go our guilt means that we are free from our past and can act optimally on a situation….

In any case we can learn only by mistakes, even we have done so badly when we learn something from that then everything is fine!

There is no hero who has done it always great…
And there is no wicked person who has done everything wrong.

Both are we…

I don’t care if people think that I am a bad guy… Because I am also a bad guy!
What is wrong to be a bad guy?
Sometimes or often, everybody is a bad guy!

Life is life…

I would be a stupid person if I would not forgive myself.

I can only improve my shortcoming everyday if I let go the past…

Because my guilt will draw again and again my past to me, to repeat my wrong doing.
So what, I can punish myself and feel bad? For what?
