Do you think that still negative energy is in this house?

Many years ago, I visited an exhibition of Tibetan art (furniture, carpets, singing bowls, Tangkas) in a big new hall… And the energy of this hall became sacred just through this exhibition…
When I was in Tibet, I visited a monastery and the energy was so negative and later I heard that many monks were killed in this monastery and I felt that …
If we move into a new home or if something severe negative happened in our house, we make an energy clearing in our home… Afterward, our home feels more relaxed and positive… Or do it once a month!
How to make it?
We need a drum (like a djembe), bell, cymbals, gong, energy chimes (with 3 tones), singing bowl, or clapping,…
If we are in a good mood, we can make the clearing. We start from our main entrance, going right (following the next wall to the right side), and going through every room in a circle; so that we finish at the main entrance. And while we are walking through the house, we hit our percussion instrument, if possible with different sounds. At every door, corner, we hit, even more, our instrument. Let yourself time. Make this procedure 3 times and do it for every floor, including basement, garage, closet, bathroom.
Afterward, if our home is clean and tidy we should make a home blessing.
For every religion and for every person, it can be different!
Our Ashram in India has always made the blessing for the homes of the householder …
The most important rooms are the main sleeping room, living room, and the home altar.
We prayed in the main rooms for the blessing of God/divine with incense sticks, oil ghee lamps, tabla… And we have sung devotional songs for the lord…
For the Feng Shui blessing, we get a representative of the 5 elements (metal, water, wood, fire, earth) put it on a table. Burn an incense stick and a candle for the fire element, close our eyes, open our heart and feel love and gratitude for our home.
