Why we became what we are now….

When I read all of this goal setting and somehow, we become different than we want to be…
Life is not straight forward.

I have read the Godfather when I was learning English, many years ago…

The youngest son of the Godfather became a ruthless, brutal leader, and before he was a lovely fellow…
The question is why?
The circumstances were, his father was assassinated and a true leader of his father’s mafia was missing…
Could he avoid getting transformed to a Mafia boss?

Rather not, because he was loyal to his family, needed the family as protection (because the mafia would target him in every case) and was not religious.

We undergo certain circumstances that are changing us and also our goals…

We don’t have our life under control!

We cannot want what we will… So, there is no free will… Schopenhauer

For instance, We set a goal and then the covid crises happen and we are out of business…

Then we have to start something new…

Our life has to change, so our goal setting.

What before was correct can be tomorrow wrong…

Our ideas, how life is and also our morality is changing because it doesn’t fit anymore.

Or do you want to sacrifice your life for your morality?

The solution is simple…

Build up a religious life with the center of God…

Then You will attract more things that fit you otherwise you get lost…

Imagine you have a compass that is always pointing to the North…

Imagine you have no compass and you try to find the path out of the jungle…

I got so many offers, good and bad ones…
I have looked always do they fit in my religious life?

If not, I let them go…

Did I change my morality, did I sell my soul to get what I wanted?
Never!

Did I compromise my life for success or money or women?
Never!

Am I healthy?
Yes…

So, what was wrong?

The circumstances/challenges that let me grow but not changed my attitude?

Buddha said: that he never has his life under control and he doesn’t care…

Jesus said: God’s will should happen…

It is more important how we deal with the situation than the outcome!

When I was 25 years old, I could invest all of my money in a car…
But I invested all of my money in personal growth and in health…

And today I harvest my fruits of my decisions…
And I am so thankful…

If you are together with nonreligious people or for 1 year, they are religious and then they didn’t care…

They can change their morality or attitude for the worse, so you can get a bad outcome from that!

And that happened to me again and again…

Think this over…
